Here are some of our most frequently asked questions:

How do you use YOKUU?

All-Purpose, Glass and Bathroom Cleaner pearls: fill your reusable bottle with tap water, drop in a pearl and let dissolve completely for 5min. How do you go about using it? Simple: spray and wipe clean! You can also use the all-purpose cleaner on textiles without wiping. For stubborn dirt, let the products soak in for a while before wiping clean.
Floor cleaner: 1 bag = 100g = good for 25 buckets. Dissolve one teaspoon of powder in a bucket of 5 to 10 liters of lukewarm water.
Dishwasher tablets: Stick it in your dishwasher like an everyday tablet. (But without the plastic.)

Are YOKUU's bacteria safe?

The bacteria in your kit are 100% safe - so safe, actually, that they’re technically edible (but we wouldn’t recommend it). No more worrying about your kids, cats or dogs. 

How long can they be kept/used?

Unused pearls, tablets and powder can be kept for 2 years!
All-Purpose, Bathroom and Glass pearls: can be kept/used for 3 months after dissolving.
Floor Cleaner powder: can be kept for 1 year after opening.
Dishwasher: 3 months after opening. Best to reseal bag after use!

What if the products don't work for me?
